Viewing Effective Date Record Usage

Procedure
1. Click Browse and Search.
2. From the Repository Name drop-down list, select the name of the repository.
3. In the Filter drop-down list, select Only future dated versions or Include future dated versions. A list of all future effective date records is displayed.
4. Click any record whose usage you want to see. The Record View page is displayed.
5. Click More Actions > Show Usage. The Record Usage page is displayed. The page displays the following record information: used by, name, description, and restriction.

   You can view the usage of the record using the Show Usage link. This Record Usage page displays repositories that use the repository, along with the usage details, such as used by, name, description, and restrictions.
